Ensinger offers over twenty different VICTREX® PEEK blends to choose from and has the capability to blend custom compounds to suit your application. Typical fillers are glass fiber, carbon fiber, graphite, moly and PTFE. Compression molding results in lower amounts of scrap, uniform physical properties and fewer molded-in stresses. Tested lot material available, please check with the Ensinger sales team for information.

TECAPEEK is a high-perfomance engineering thermoplastic. This semi-crystalline material has a balance of high temperature mechanical properties, chemical and steam resistance, superior wear properties and processability which makes it unique.
- High temperature performance
- Continuous service temperature up to 480°F (248°C).
- Good mechanical integrity up to 500°F
- Good chemical resistance
- Insoluble in all common solvents.
- Hydrolysis Resistant
- Can be used in steam or high pressure water environments without any significant degradation.
